This product notice describes the current Derwin Studio implementation and must be reviewed for the operating business and jurisdiction before publication.
Media and account data
Temporary uploads, generated files, signed links, account records, projects, usage records, and subscription metadata are stored according to deployment retention settings. Files are kept outside the frontend public root and links expire.
Analytics and advertising
Optional analytics is consent-gated in the frontend. Advertising is disabled unless a deployment owner supplies approved configuration. Derwin Studio does not send raw private media URLs or file contents to analytics.
Payments and providers
Payment checkout is disabled until a verified provider is configured. When enabled, card details must remain with the hosted payment provider rather than Derwin Studio.
